When did you become unhappy with your weight?
2 years ago when I began rock climbing with my friends.

What made you decide to lose weight?
Rock climbing, going to the beach, not being happy with my appearance, and I couldn’t see my feet!

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I changed my eating habits drastically. I had always worked out.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Resisting sweets.

About a month.

9 months.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
7 months.

How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I feel like I am now physically available to do anything I want. This April I am participating in a sprint triathlon.

Cameron’s Weight Loss Workouts!

Weight Training:
I always began with bodyweight workouts: pull-ups, dips, and push-ups. When I started I could only do 3 pull-ups!

Cardiovascular:
Running, swimming, spin class and rock climbing.
