When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I felt miserable after reaching 162 pounds and realized that I needed to make a change in my life.

What made you decide to lose weight?
When I reached 162 pounds and was about to go from a size 12 to a 14.

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I changed my diet and hired a personal trainer.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
It was very hard to remain patient through the process. I wanted the weight to drop off immediately.

How long did it take you to start to see results?
I began seeing results around 4-6 weeks.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
Around a year and a half.

I have maintained my weight for 5 years. I am a personal trainer which means I am a walking billboard for my business. That helps me to stay focused.

Low fat, low carb protein shake.

I workout each muscle group once a week.

I do cardio for 50 minutes per day.
