Eat regularly and do not skip meals.

Exercise with lots of cardio.

Matthew’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!

Breakfast:

Tuna salad with a regular salad on the side, fat-free dressing.

Dinner:
Grilled chicken, steamed veggies, and some fruit.

Snacks or Mini Meals:

Matthew’s Weight Loss Workouts!

Weight Training:
I’m currently powerlifting and training to build mass. I have an extremely strenuous workout routine that is definitely not advisable for someone trying to actually lose weight.

Cardiovascular:
Elliptical trainer, rock climbing, treadmill, or stair stepper. I do any one of those for 60 minutes.
