Deborah’s Weight Loss Story!
My name is Deborah and in January of 2012, I made a decision due to health challenges to change my eating behavior. I began to prepare all of my own meals, eliminating processed foods, sugars and all things bad. My physical activity consisted of walking everywhere as I live in New York City. In August of 2012, I began strength training at a local New York gym that added to my weight loss success. All in all I lost 78 pounds in less than a year. Going from a size 14-16 to now a size 4! My health challenges have subsided and I am continuing with a program and health initiative I started called EAT LIFE! It’s a Movement Not A Moment.

Deborah’s Weight Loss Tips!
Weight loss tip #1:
Always drink water. No sugary drinks, no sodas, sweet teas or colored drinks.
Weight loss tip #2:
Always color your plate. Include a rainbow of fruits and veggies (greens, yellows, reds, blues, oranges).
Weight loss tip #3:
Always shop the outer aisles in the grocery store. The live food is there, you just need to find it.
Weight loss tip #4:
Always plate your food and make it pretty. Never eat out of a carton, box, or paper bag. Unless it is fresh live food!
Weight loss tip #5:
Never eat processed food or anything you cannot pronounce. This means food from a can or food that is shrink wrapped or preserved. It’s dead!
