When did you become unhappy with your weight?
Most of my life.

I got a divorce.

Fruit like apples, grapes, oranges and bananas.

Glen’s Weight Loss Workouts!

Weight Training:
I use controlled weight training using light weights and high repetitions (15 reps per set).

Cardiovascular:
I do 1 hour of cardio per workout and use either the treadmill, bike or elliptical trainer machine.
