Lisa’s Weight Loss Story!

When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I have been unhappy with my weight since junior high school, at least. But, my weight got out of control after I had my children.

What made you decide to lose weight?
I have continually decided to lose the weight. This time I believe God gave me the strength to finally do it!

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Making the decision and staying with it, even when I want to give up.

How long did it take you to start to see results?
Almost immediately.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
8 months.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
4 months. I took a break over the summer from the hardcore diet. But, I haven’t reached my goal, so I’m back on it.

How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
In almost every way. I’m coming back to life! I’m finally becoming the woman I believe I was always supposed to be.
