Nayda’s Weight Loss Story!

When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I became unhappy when I began to suffer from pre-diabetes (now diabetes) and high blood pressure.

What made you decide to lose weight?
For my health and to improve my body appearance.

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I cut out sweets, white bread and soda. I also started walking 30 to 60 minutes three days per week.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Avoiding sweets.

How long did it take you to start to see results?
Approximately five months.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
Nine months.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
Three months. I maintain with a clean diet and walking.

To keep improving my health.

I feel better and I can wear the clothes I like.
