When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I’ve always been the biggest one so I was pretty much unhappy for as long as I can remember.

What made you decide to lose weight?
I decided to lose weight because I was extremely unhappy with my love life.

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
The most important changes I’ve made were changing my eating habits and getting out of the house.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
The most challenging part is watching the weight fall off slowly.

How long did it take you to start to see results?
It took me about 3 months to start seeing results.

I’ve yo-yo dieted a lot, but I got serious in May of 2011. It took 5 months to lose the weight.

Don’t eat after a certain time. For me it was 5 or 6pm.

Don’t drink your calories.

Eat fresh.

Eat nutritious food until you are satisfied.

Get out of the house!
