Since the body has different reactions to each of these exercises, the combination of various kinds of exercises helps the body to burn faster. Most of the exercises which are done in its initial stages helps the body to lose certain amount of fat, but they gradually stop having this effect on the body as the body becomes accustomed to these exercises.

Hence it becomes necessary for the body to be given more challenging exercises so that it can burn fat faster. Combining frequent but healthy meals along with regular exercises is the best way to lose fat in the body and get a well shaped body.
