So if your body does not consistently get fed it shall not be aware when it shall get food to be used as energy. In this case what shall happens is your body stores food eaten in the past for later when your decide not to eat for a certain period of time. Unfortunately this an automated precaution that our body takes and can't be stopped but can most certainly be controlled. Cardio routines can also assist you greatly in losing weight.
