The straight forward fact is they want you to become fat so you will go out and spend more money on diet drugs. This way you can become thin and then start all over by going back to the fast food joints to get fat all over again. It is a catch-22 scenario. It is a vicious cycle. Understand one truth. The heath state of the majority of people in developed nations has deteriorated to such an extent that it has literally become a calamity. According to professionals, about 70% of the adult population living in the U.S is obese.This means if you are slender and healthy you make up the minority.
This is a depressing truth and something that needs to change. To contemplate that the normal way to live is to be out of shape, overweight, and have all kinds of illnesses. It is madness! To believe that nine out of ten people are obese is a terrible statistic. And this is what this nation is heading for.
Why is this country leaning toward getting fat? It is because nearly everyone of us live inactive lifestyles. Young people are not spending their time running around and playing games outside. Instead, they jump on their ps3 games or spend time surfing the World-wide-web and chatting with friends or others.
Besides the above, people are getting fatter because of the way they eat. They try to grab something fast and end up eating something they should not. Everything that is bought from the store is processed. It is refined. Nearly all of these foods are packed with chemicals to preserve them for shelf life. We live in a fast-paced world. For this cause public allege they do not possess time to prepare dinner or are very worn-out to. So they grab quick junk foods from corner stores, fast food joints, bistros.
The plain and uncomplicated truth is that people have become lazy. In order to get out of that, you have to to drive yourself to continue your control. You have to act correctly and wisely.
The answer to being fat is uncomplicated. Make smarter food decisions, prepare your own meals, and get out and do exercises. If you do this, you won抰 ever have to worry regarding being fat.
