     Obesity is looked upon as a curse, which every individual wants to be free from. Everybody is on the hunt for a magic formula that can shed off those excess pounds instantly. Whatever your reason is to lose weight, I've created 8 tips that you can use beginning today-

Only diet on weekdays. Don抰 binge on weekends, but save two days a week to eat the yummy things. Also, because many people really can抰 break that chocolate addiction, calculate one treat every day into your calories.

Drink More Water. Let's face it, most of us don't drink enough water. Not only do I start my day with water, I have a schedule to remind me to drink water. I try and drink at least a gallon a day. Sounds like a lot, but if you'll drink it in smaller quantities more often, you'll be surprised at how easy it is to do. A rule of thumb I found is multiply your weight by .66 and that will give you the ounces of water you need a day. 1 gallon equals 128 ounces. (with this equation, I should be drinking over 2 gallons per day, I'm getting there!)

Try eating ONLY frozen dinners for a short period of time. They're already portion-controlled. Add a piece of fruit to satisfy your sweet tooth. It's a biological fact that calories in your body are transformed into fat, and if you want to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you take in through food. An average person will burn between 1000 and 2000 calories per day just from being alive. This natural process of burning calories can be augmented with other natural strategies to help you burn the fat, such as exercise and eating food that is low in calories. As long as you ensure that the amount of calories that you take in through food and drink are less than the amount that you burn through the day both naturally and through exercise, you'll be able to achieve fast, natural weight burning without struggling to remember to take diet pills, weight loss teas or any of the other fad diets that are out there.

Do Your Workout 1st Thing In the Mornings. Your body hasn't eaten (or shouldn't have!) since 7 the previous night. If all's going well, your body will be using stored fat for energy to get you through the workout. An afternoon or evening workout will likely use the calories you've taken in that day for energy.

Positive change is easier than negative change. Instead of thinking of foods that are 揵ad?and that you feel like you need to cut out, think about all the new recipes and foods you will get to try if you start experimenting with more vegetables, more beans, more spices, etc.

Abstain from alcohol for this short period of time. Wait and enjoy it on your big night or after that important interview. Try natural methods to lose weight. Fruits such as lemon and grapefruit help to naturally suppress your appetite. Drink a small glass of grapefruit juice before each meal. Drink water with a squeeze of lemon juice in it all day long. Keeping your stomach full with water also helps to suppress your appetite while you are trying to lose weight.
