How to Rewire Your Subconscious Mind For Weight Loss

     Did you know that there are many ways you can target and change your inner beliefs and habits about weight loss without paying outrageous fees to a physiologist? One of the best and easiest ways is through your subconscious mind. One particular method which is growing in popularity and gaining research to back it up is the use of subliminal messages done via audio while you sleep.

Subliminal audio may seem a little mysterious, but the idea is really quite simple and I'm sure you can remember an example of it happening to you and you might have not even realized it. Have you ever woke up and had a song stuck in your head all day long? You then realized later, that it was the song that woke you up from your sleep that was playing on the radio alarm!

That is the basic idea of having your thoughts steered towards a certain direction by hearing subliminal messages in an altered state. In this case sleep is the altered state.

Now how this can help you lose weight.

What if instead of everything being a mistake, like what is playing on the radio, you take subliminal messages you want to become part of who you are, and play them to have the same effect on purpose?

The same thing. You have these subliminal messages as part of who you are and they pop up when you have a decision to make. Decisions such as "Should I eat this or that?". When this sort of situation comes around, you pick the one that is a part of who you are at a deep level.

So how does the actual weight loss subliminal messages work?

These subliminal messages are recorded with the volume and pitch changed so you can't actually hear the suggestions consciously. Even though you cannot hear them directly, your subconscious mind still picks up on them and treats them the same as normal messages received.

Because the conscious mind does not register them, they pass the negative self talk and filters and you rewire your subconscious with these subliminal messages from the inside out. It's just like saying positive messages to yourself or getting hypnotized except you can do it passively as you go to sleep.

The particular audio I used has a wave sounding background that really helps you get to sleep fast. I used it for several months last year and experienced some really outstanding changes in my body and outlook on food and lifestyle.

Actually, it was shortly after that I became vegetarian and focused more on health,leanness, flexibility and performance over bodybuilding.

Now to be honest, I find the science and the studies regarding the power of the subliminal messages such as the weight loss audios to be supportive but not the "end all be all" of proof. I mean, we all know positive study results can be doctored.

Having said that, I think that the worse case scenario of having a soothing wave audio playing as you go to sleep with inaudible positive subliminal messages about weight loss will at least help you sleep well.
