Why You Need to Identify Excess Fat As A Problem

     Eating is an easy thing to do but removing that excess fat after an enjoyable meal is surely a difficult task. Today, there is a great number of delicious food variety out there. As human beings we are easily tempted to try and taste all these delicious foods. And with time, we begin to crave for more.

Food surely does make us happy. It satisfies our cravings. After a long day of work, we gratify ourselves with delicious food desserts and meals as something rewarding. To some, especially the depressed people, food becomes their companion whom they can be happy with. When we eat, we tend to forget all those negative feelings inside of us.

There is one thing that makes losing belly fat hard and that is not finding belly fat to be a problem.

Losing belly fat is definitely a hard thing to do if you do not identify itself as a problem. You are not concerned about that excess belly fat hanging over your stomach. When this happens you do not have a starting point -- where to start setting your own goals from. You lack planning in your life. And you do not have the enough motivation for yourself to lose those excess belly fats that you currently have.

Surely, if you are not strongly determined to make yourself healthy then you tend to lose hope easily upon any level of trying. You become content in accepting the excess fat hanging on your belly as destiny. Infact, you do not see yourself becoming thin -- ever.

Now, if you do not set of goals to lose weight, most often you have nothing to work towards. You do not have support or people to inspire you. No one is there to keep you going because you do not identify it as a problem. No one is there to push you up commanding you to do this or that. No one is there to consistently remind you of your goals.

This makes you lack the self commitment to lose your own belly fats. You are just content and you don't see yourself as being thin and healthy in the future. No one is there for you to make you realize that you do have a problem. And sometimes, when someone around you honestly mentions your belly fat you take offence.

Unfortunately, if you do not have the people to support you and to keep you motivated in losing those belly fats, you are likely to become lazy. You do not have the belief in yourself. You are unwilling to sacrifice. If you do not perceive it as a problem, definitely you are not alarmed by its ill effects to the body.
