10 Easy And Fast Weight Loss Tips

     If you want to shed a few pounds quickly, here are 10 tips for fast weight loss. You don't have to be constantly hungry and starve yourself if you want to lose weight. You just have to be more aware of what you eat, avoid to much sugar and fat, and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.

1. Avoid packaged or processed foods that come in a box, can, bag or carton and prepare your own meals from fresh ingredients. The best fast weight loss diets will avoid processed foods. They have little nutritional value and contain lots of salt and sugar which make us want to eat more.

2. Write down everything that you eat or drink which contain calories. You don't have to actually count every calorie because writing them down will help you to see which high calorie foods are stopping your fast weight loss plan.

3.Include at least two portions of vegetables at every meal (excluding potatoes), or add a large salad with low fat dressing. Try to eat more green, leafy vegetables. Fresh vegetables will help you to feel full and satisfy your body's need for vitamins and minerals, and this will help lower your cravings.

4. Reduce the amount of fat you consume by half. It's not difficult to do this if you're not eating packaged foods any more. Measure the oil that you use for cooking and only use half as much. Spread butter very thinly and swap to low fat milk. Remove the visible fat off meat before cooking and don't eat the skin.

5. Eat plenty of fresh fruit. Grapes, cherries, berries, apples, mangoes and bananas are delicious alternatives for the unhealthy desserts that most of us eat. A tasty way to enjoy these fruits are to chop them up and mix them into a low fat sugar-free yoghurt.

6. If you want really fast weight loss avoid sugary-sweet treats or have no more than three in a week. You may find this difficult at first if you have a bit of a sweet tooth. However, you'll soon start to enjoy the sweetness in fruits and vegetables more, and fast weight loss will be your incentive.

7. Grated carrot is great for a snack. Mix in a chopped apple if you want. Grated carrot takes longer to eat than a whole carrot and because of this, it's way more satisfying.

8. When eating, put down your fork between bites and chew your food slowly. Chewing will make you feel more satisfied with your meal. Eat brown rice instead of white and whole fruit instead of juice. Adding pieces of whole foods in your soup will provide extra fibre to fill you up and this will help the body to remove waste.

9. Plan your food shopping and make a list of what you will need, then keep to it. Never go shopping for food when you are hungry or another option is to order your shopping online and have it delivered. These fast weight loss plans will make losing weight easier.

10. When you eat, just eat. Sit at the table, even if it's just for a snack. Don't eat while doing something else at the same time like watching TV, driving, reading, checking email etc. When you eat with others, keep the conversations light and friendly and avoid bringing up heavy or controversial subjects at meals. Arguments are not good for your digestion and won't help your fast weight loss.
