That's right, simply eating six small meals spread about 2.5 hours apart will produce noticeable results in your energy lever and your waistline!

Flood your body with water:
If you lack energy chances are that you are dehydrated. Consequently, dehydration is also a primary cause of obesity. Drinking ten or more 8-ounce glasses of water each and every day will help you shed pounds and destroy extreme fatigue! Your body is a water sponge...you must have an adequate supply of water to operate at you peak!
