Anyone who has struggled with weight or exercise has worked very hard and needs a little humor to relax. In fact, you work so hard at it that we need to lighten up the mood. Some times a person can just get tired and look for excuses to not work out. That is why training your mind and your will is so very important. We'll get to that shortly. No one else is going to do this for you. Always remember the catch phrase "Just Do It." Still after years of exercising you have to still tell yourself everyday to "Just Do It." The bottom line is if you can not train your mind to loose weight or even have a healthier lifestyle then you are not going to accomplish what you set out to do. Look at professional athletes, they have to work their craft every day one way or the other. If they did not have their minds trained they would definitely not be were they are now. People who are huge football fans, should remember the story about Walter Payton. The very morning after the pro bowl at 6 am in the morning when everyone else was sleeping, this witness was awaken to hearing noise in the court yard of the hotel. When he looked out the window there he saw Walter Payton doing sprints and running stairs. He proceeded to go talk to him and asked what he was doing so early in the morning. He replied "I'm getting ready for next season." In those days that was simply amazing and no wonder he was one of the greats of all time. He is one of the reasons football is now year around. If you want success this is the kind of attitude you need to have. Once you train your mind to think like that, you to will be successful in loosing weight. It will come easier and easier as you go and when you start seeing results you will have a hard time coming up with excuses not to exercise.
