Secrets Claimed for Diets, Weight Loss Pure Nonsense

For years people have been chasing after diet and weight loss “secrets”, pills, potions and programs.

The results? Dismal!

We have seen dramatically worsened levels of health, declining life expectancy and the number of cases of chronic disease exploding:

> The U.S. surgeon General states that over 65% of all adults are seriously overweight to obese.

> Federal projections estimate that by 2050, close to 1/3 of the population will have type II diabetes, with all its complications in tow, such as blindness, hearing loss, kidney disease, nervous system disorders and amputations of extremities.

> The World Health Organizations cites that over 72% of all deaths in U.S. are the result of chronic and degenerative diseases.

> W.H.O. cited that such chronic conditions are preventable for the most part and are primarily resulting from unhealthy practices.

And I wonder, could these "unhealthy practices" include such "secrets" to weight loss?

> Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts reports 57% of all illness & injury is a direct result of lifestyle.

Despite this, we even have medical professionals hawking weight loss potions and fat loss formulas while stating “diets don’t work”! It’s reached outrageous!

I take issue with the way celebrities, marketers and corporations are using the public’s insatiable need for immediate results and taking advantage of their gullibility and their ignorance.

Life-long great health, great energy and a great body IS possible without using diet or weight loss "secrets", pills, potions or programs; is possible and is the healthiest way to reach proper body composition and BMI. And there are no “secrets” to how this is achieved!

Having overcome childhood obesity in adolescence, I have experienced this journey. Now, at the age of 49 I have been "walking the talk", maintaining great physical condition, great health and a wellness lifestyle for more than 25 years by using simple methods outlined in a guide I recently had published.
