First, You should know how to discipline yourself! Self discipline is first step to achieve a goal and that includes losing weight too.

Third, set a time at least 10 to 15 minutes of exercise; you may also set a diet technique that is easy for you to adapt. To keep you physically fit you have to indulge in activities. This will help you sweat out the toxins in the body
Fourth, try to increase fiber in your diet, it helps you stay full for longer period of time, in that way you won’t overeat when the next meal is ready. As much as possible avoid frying and eating fatty food. A reminder, white meat contains more fat than red meat. There are many recipes you can try and choose and start losing weight and melt your fats away. And to avoid overeating, eat at least 5- to 6 small meals a day with an interval of at least 3hours. This technique will help you eating beyond the limit.

Lastly, water is very good for the body for it rehydrates and makes you feel full to. So make it a habit of drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. Also try drinking at least 2 glasses of water before every meal. It will keep you full so you won’t overeat
