Step#2: Exercise

Bet you wished there was a way to lose 20 pounds in 1 month without exercise right? Well there just isn’t. I’ll not some new diet program telling you that with no exercise and no change to your diet, you can lose weight fast. They have something to sell, I don’t. Without exercise weight loss is slow and you will never be able to lose 20 pounds in 1 month, never mind get a dream toned body after the weight loss.

But how said exercise had to be hard? A nice peaceful walk in the morning and evenings will surely add up. Just find ways to add exercise throughout your daily routine without stressing out about it. Who knows, if you’re anything like me you might even begin to enjoy it!
