Well, according to babycenter.com Jessica Alba has gained back her bikini body after just 3 months after giving birth. I can’t say it’s not possible. What I think is that Jassica had different priorities and goals in mind  – that’s all. And if she’s accomplished them then it’s good for her.

Jassica Alba’s weight loss plan consists of exercising for one hour per day and five to six days a week. As for her diet she consumes not more then 1700 calories. Obviously she is not breastfeeding.

Any gynecologist will tell you not to rush into exercising first few months. You need to give your body time to recover. I assume that when you have a newborn baby that wakes up during the night and your body needs extra energy to heal itself – staying on low calories diet is not healthy.

But again when it comes to celebrities on diet it’s a whole other story.
