Here are some steps in which you can flatten your tummy without a surgery.

Measure

No Sodas

Forget drinking a cola or any sort of soda, fruit drinks, coffee, as all of them can contribute extra calories to your body, and hence it is no good. Drink water, this is the best thirst quencher, drinking six to eight glasses of water per day.

No Fried Foods

Cardio

This is your mantra when you want to lose weight, do more and more of cardio. You may be doing crunches and leg rises on a regular basis, but what good is it when there is a layer of fat on top of your abdominal muscles? You must run, sprint, walk, cycle, swim, power walk, and strive for 30 minutes minimum per day. Use these exercises alternatively.

Weight Training

It is important that you raise your metabolism, and so some light weight training can be beneficial for you. The higher is your metabolic rate; you will burn fat, so try doing moderate weight training.

Smaller meals


This is one of the best advices that you will get, eating small meals throughout the day is very healthy. Instead of eating two or three unhealthy meals a day, you should eat six small meals throughout the day. Eat when you are hungry and eat just enough so as to be full, but do not over eat.

You should also reduce your intake of salt and oil to your dishes, as they may allow the body to use the food for your body fat. By cutting down on these two you can avoid fat on the legs, stomach, buns and also the face. Alcohol should also be avoided as much as possible, binge drinking can be very dangerous for your health.
