Increase Water Intake

Water is a zero calorie which is good for overall health of your body. Whenever you are thirsty, reach out for water and control the temptation of soda.

Green Tea

Drinking green tea on daily basis increases your metabolism and helps to reduce weight. What you can also do is add mint leaves if you can’t stand its taste.

Increase intake of calcium and protein

Nutrients such as calcium and proteins help your body to burn fat. In a study conducted at the University of Tennessee it was found out that people who consume 1,200 to 1,300 milligrams of calcium on a daily basis are more likely to lose weight. This study concluded that calcium works in two ways i.e. it helps to burn accumulated fat and prevent further storage of fat.

Try to include three servings of dairy in your daily meal. In case you are lactose intolerant then you can take much required calcium and proteins from the green vegetables such as spinach or from almonds.

Food that Curb Appetite

Grapefruits, cinnamon and high fibre foods are good to curb appetite. Besides keeping you full they also help to control craving. Oatmeal, pulses, beans, vegetables and brown rice are fibre rich food that must be included in weight loss meal plan of women to give her fuller feeling.

Include negative calorie foods in your diet. Negative calorie foods are one that requires more calories for digestion than the amount of calories they give. Some of the negative calorie food includes low-calorie fruits and vegetables, for example- celery, broccoli, grapefruit, lemon, apple, lettuce, lime and cabbage. Food that is rich in fibre, carbohydrates and vitamins gives negative calorie to your body.
