2 Myth: Natural supplements don’t cause side-effects

Fact: Although many fat loss supplements may be safe and could be made from natural ingredients, they can have side-effects depending on the individual’s tolerance levels and other factors. It is very important to research on the supplement before you buy it. Also, be sure to read the ingredients present in it.

3 Myth: Green tea extracts help in burning fat

Fact: It is believed that green tea extracts contribute to weight loss, but in reality it doesn’t really give a permanent result. Supplements come with a good amount of caffeine, making people active and alert, which could be a viable reason for weight loss.
 
4 Myth: Using Weight loss supplements can give quick solutions for shedding extra weight

Fact: To this date, there is no product in the market that has the ability to reduce weight safely with quick results providing long lasting weight loss. Some of the ingredients present in the solution may not be scientific and only give temporary results.

5 Myth: Hoodia helps in suppressing appetite

Fact: Supplements that are made from the African herb Hoodia are supposedly effective in suppressing your craving and appetite. This herb was widely used in the early days amongst communities to contain hunger while they took long journeys in the desert. However, there is no study that really proves its appetite-suppressing properties.
