How to Be Healthy

Here is right now, and I suppose that there always has been, a push for weight loss and health. Perhaps saying pushing for weight loss isn’t the right phrase, because people have been trying to find loopholes for losing weight for as long as being skinny has been a trend–a long time. The issue that I would like to address is not that people want to lose weight, but rather the ways in which people attempt to drop those extra pounds.

I have seen a lot of different ways that people try to lose weight; I am not talking about random plans that I have heard about, because I have a lot of family members who are all pretty high maintenance when it comes to appearances, and they have tried it all. They tend to stay away from things that they don’t understand–that isn’t to say that some programs are bad and don’t work, but they really don’t like to try things that they don’t understand. One of my brothers-in-law is a fiend when it comes to working out, and being as healthy as possible. This is all becoming a concern for me because I am at a point where my youthful metabolism is beginning to leave me forever.
