Her Weight Loss:
I did it the old fashion way, gym and clean eating. Cut out the carbs (unless complex), sweets salts pop and red meats…picked up the veggies fruits lean meats and water!

Her Diet:
I love Greek yogurt and peanut butter for protein! I’ve always been a fan of supplements such as herbalife or protein drinks like Syntha6.

When i first started i was doing two-a-days in the gym. 7x a week. Now i workout around 4-5 days a week. cardio is key, 30 mins to an hr…and incorporate your weights! I alternate between arms/legs every other day.
