Man Boobs Mean Too Much Fat

According to fitness specialist Jeff Bayer, "It's every man's worst nightmare: man boobs. You saw it on the Seinfeld episode, 'The Mansierre', in which Kramer developed a bra for guys who were suffering from a little too much breast development.

Let's face it: No man wants to wear a bra. Getting man boobs will make you feel unattractive and will give you a low self-esteem. Every guy knows the best way to attract a woman is by being confident, so how can you win this man boob battle?

It comes down to gaining control of your diet and committing to the proper exercise program. And remember: If you don't stick to it, the next time you hit the beach, you may find yourself resembling your girlfriend more than the guy with rock-hard pecks."

Obesity, even to a lesser degree, will be the death of you. The clue for men, both young and old, that they are on or past the edge of obesity is often the obvious enlarged breasts.

Why would anyone want 'man boobs' to define them?

What is attractive or acceptable about borderline obesity?

Why die the slow death of too much body fat?

How about a weight loss plan that strips that fat?

Most of us are getting fatter, pure and simple. We eat too much of the wrong food and lead lives that are increasingly sedentary. It is the pathway to an early grave.

If you suffer from 'man boobs' the time has come to do something about them. There are a zillion weight loss regimes but there are only two real "secrets" to body fat reduction. They are:

1.Control what you eat and how much of it you consume;

2.Do not become increasingly sedentary and understand that a little exercise done consistently can go a long way. In other words, you don't have to suddenly become the triathlete of the family.

Here is what it is going to take to strip that excess body fat:

1.Patience: we all know Rome was not built in a day. Take the first step and thereafter simply keep going. When done right, it is not at all difficult;

2.Knowledge: learn what to eat, in what amounts and at what times. This is not brain surgery. It is easy to learn and even easier to do.

3.Program: get on a system that guides you through the process. That way there are no doubts, questions or confusion.

On the other hand, what follows is a list of what will not work:

1.The too strict and unsustainable low carbohydrate routines;

2.The Hollywood, South Beach, Atkins or other dietary fads that come and go;

3.Pre-packaged diet systems like Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers that get into and stay in your wallet;

4.Those wildly expensive gimmick pills that have no lasting effect.

Let's all be honest enough to recognize what in fact will reduce body fat, lower bad cholesterol and diminish those ever present 'man boobs'. The only way to get the job done permanently is to start a program that stays focused on the two big "secrets": diet and exercise with the emphasis on diet.

How helpful would it be to have a system that identifies what to eat, how much of it you can consume and how often you need to eat it? Furthermore, what would the value be for you if that same program addressed the exercise piece as well?

After years of searching, I've found a program that delivers the "secrets".
