How to get thin arms fast is not as tough to learn as you may think. Arms are a well-known problem area for the majority of women who are trying to slim down, they can make us look much heavier than we actually are…and even keep us from wearing tops which don’t have sleeves.

Asian women attack arm fat through many approaches, the one I’m going to illustrate for you today was shown to me by my own Chinese Mother as a girl and it has always worked fast anytime I need a speedy fix.

Rub Rub Rub, Break Down Fat Deposits For Good

This is a “hands on” task, literally, and I want you to pay close attention as this technique can work virtually anywhere on your body.

With your opposite hand, reach across your chest and get hold of the loose portion of your upper arm. For most women it’s our tricep area, which is the underside area.

I really want you to seriously massage your entire arm, from your armpit to your elbow, with enough force that it nearly hurts to do. Don’t do it if you have any healing cuts, bruises, or rashes, this should only be attempted if you are at 100% health in that area.

Work that tricep area for a good five minutes, use a timer if you need to. You don’t need to be standing up to do it, I actually advocate to my clients they do it while seated and watching television, because I find when their mind is off of it they’ll unintentionally go far past the five minute mark before changing arms (which happens to be good).

Treat the whole area as if you’re making Italian pasta or pizza dough, I want you to really get after it!

Once you’ve done this for at least five minutes go ahead and swap arms and duplicate the process entirely.

Why it Performs So Well

The connective tissue that keeps fat deposits chained to one another is tough to split. If you have ever seen a liposuction surgery being performed you understand exactly what i mean, fat sticks to other fat like glue, to the point where it has to be pretty much ripped from itself.

By doing deep tissue massages to your most bothersome parts you break up a good deal of the connections, and invite fat to be soaked up back into the bloodstream to be used as energy or expelled rather than being saved.

Again, this is effective all over your body, so if your upper thighs are giving you trouble, or your belly, practice the same method and double the speed at which you lose fat in those areas.
