Ana Zgombic’s Five Effective Exercise Routine

Losing weight is the hardest thing to work on especially if you have forgotten to take care of yourself. Let us first identify what are the reasons why people tend to get fat or have excess weight?

First possible reason is escaping from problems. A lot of people tend to eat too much because they find comfort in eating.

Second reason is simply enjoying too much.

This is the possible reasons why people become fat and overweight.

Now, what is my effective way of losing weight, this is based on my experience as I have been in the awkward situation of having to be criticized of my excessive weight before. The method that I would like to say are not costly, you must and will just need to invest time and a little dedication to actually make this work.

1.) Dedicate a 30 minutes to 1 hour time of jogging daily, this is not just a routine in the morning but also this can be done in late afternoon or evening, whenever you prefer.

2.) Jumping Jack! At home, either you have a skip rope or you can do this by yourself, a good 20 minutes a day, can really burn the fats in your body.
3.) Push-ups, this is a bit difficult especially for me but I try to make it work for 100 push-ups a day.

4.) Crunches, I make sure also that I do this work daily, I prefer doing 1,000 crunches a day, to really target my belly.

5.) Lastly, I do not want you to laugh on this, but I make sure that I manage what I eat, this is very hard but having a little sacrifice in eating can make a long way of gaining confidence for yourself.

Losing weight is very hard, but that does not mean that you must simply give-up on making a change for yourself. Like I said, a little dedication can help you gain something.
