Burn Your Fat Like I Did – The Female Version

So where do I start? It has been a long and drawn out process for me to go from a Size 18 to a slim and trim Size 10. Yes that is a dress size, for all you men.

I have struggled with my weight for many years. Between 16-21 I was relatively fat and had great difficulties losing weight. I would read diet after diet and follow every single gimmick or fad out there; HOPING that I would get my size 10 slender body. Did I get this? Nope! Did I get anything? Well maybe a few pounds of water weight loss but then it would come back after a few weeks.

Once I graduated from University I moved town and got myself a job for a leading Bank. This involved me working between London and New York, spending 3 months at a time between each. Structured diets went out of the window as did a well planned health and fitness regime. This in turn caused me to pile on even more weight which affected me pretty badly in terms of confidence.

So fast forward December of 2009. I was reading a Google News article on something called “Burn The Fat”. This program educated people on how best to lose weight, what to do, what not to do and more importantly how to do it right! However, being the suspicious character that I am – I bookmarked the site and did some more reading.

Your see, losing weight/fat is not difficult once you understand your own body. This is the path I decided to take – to actually understand my body and review my eating and exercise habits. Now this worked well, I lost just under 14lbs in 9 weeks by cutting back on carbohydrates and also reducing my sweets intake. Common sense I hear you say! Hindsight is 20/20 of course.

So things came to a halt for another 4 weeks and I stopped losing weight. I now decided to go back to the bookmarked website I had saved and made the plunge of buying the course. Again, I am not some marketing whizz kid so I am not here to sell you anything but this program and regime put together all the missing pieces I had in terms of foods, exercise and timings of things.

I spent the next 5 days putting together a plan for foods to eat, exercise regime and also to ensure I got myself minimum 8 hours sleep per night.

Well what happened? Well by August 2010 I had lost over 25lbs and am currently sitting at my dream size of 10! The perfect 10! I can not tell you how good I feel, how it’s changed my life, and the attention I now get.

You know the funny thing? A lot of the things outlined in the course I knew! I just didn’t know how to put it all together in the right order.
