Exercises:
Do walking, jogging, swimming, aerobics, bicycling and high-activity sports like tennis and basketball etc. One thing you need to remember is to do cardio exercises five times a week.

Weight training and calisthenics are effective ways to build muscles and to have enough muscle. Having toned muscle is very important in losing fat.

Abs are important muscles that keep you in form during the workout and If you do abs first, you will get tired soon and then your whole workout session will be less what you actually need.

Diet:
You should eat several meals but in small quantities meals per day rather than having less meals and in larger quantity. Your body needs fruits, vegetables, and grains in multiple servings every day.

You should cut back on your intake of saturated fats. Eat smaller amounts of fatty meat and dairy products it should be taken once or twice daily in limited quantity and you should prefer to have baked foods instead of fry.

Reduce the intake of sugar and white bread products, increase the intake of protein.

Reduce the intake of alcohol, if u drink on a daily basis because will slow you're your metabolic rate and will store more stomach fat.

Make sure you are not eating too much of junk food, like pizzas, burgers and similar stuff. That's one of the main reasons why people are fat nowadays. Of course, lack of exercising is another problem, but eating is where it all starts.

While dieting is only half of the story, to burn your belly fat, you also must work out. In fact, there's no need to buy expensive memberships in gyms, because simple exercises such as running or cycling are just perfect. What you could also do is buy some free weights and work out at home.
