How To Lose Belly Fat: 3 Super Easy Tips To Melt That Belly Fat Fast

If you are reading this, you probably carry some excess weight on your body, especially in the belly area. Being overweight, and especially storing a lot of fat around your waist, is dangerous to your health, so it really needs to go quickly!

What you need to realize is that there are no shortcuts to losing fat. Many products advertised today offer "lose weight fast" solutions in a can or magic powder, but is the weight going to stay off? Sadly, usually not. People who choose to lose weight by these extreme methods will usually quickly gain back the pounds they lost, and even add some more weight on top of that.

To lose weight and keep it off, you need to make some radical changes to your diet and lifestyle.

1. The first and most important factor is your diet. There is so much information - and misinformation out there - about what we should be eating, and what we should be avoiding, that it's no wonder most people are confused about what to do. I'm going to keep it simple for you. For optimum weight, and health, you should be eating mostly fresh, raw plant foods - that includes lots of fruits, vegetables and greens. Make salads, drink green smoothies (smoothies made from sweet fruits and greens, such as spinach, kale, and other), steam some vegetables, or make a vegetable soup. Consume at least 70% (or even more) of your calories from these sources and you will notice magical results! Your unwanted pounds will begin to melt away and your chronic health problems will begin to disappear one by one.

2. The second important factor is drinking lots of water to keep your body hydrated and remove toxins. I'm sure you heard this one before, too. But are you already doing it? Limit or stop drinking those sodas, energy drinks, artificial juices, coffee, tea, milk, etc. and replace them with water.

3. And last but not least is - you guessed it - exercise. And I'm not just talking about doing abdominal crunches - or any other exercise routine to spot-reduce your belly fat. This will not work, because even if you get a beautifully ripped six pack - it will not be visible under the fat you have on your belly. To really burn off a lot of belly fat you need to do full body workouts instead of wasting your time doing endless crunches on a gym machine.
