Simple Workout to Burn Belly Fast - 10 Minute Workout

By doing this workout, youll burn off over 200 calories a day. You will also give a good bit of exercise to your core muscles, as well as your arms and legs. Best of all, you will begin programming your thinking to burn belly fast, making it easy to lose weight.

So start with jumping rope for one minute. Try to do two jumps for each rope turn. Remember to use the correct size rope, and to land on the balls of your feet. As you jump, visualize your spectacular and well defined body.

Now for minutes 2-3. Do a squat into a push-up. The technique to burn belly fast, is to stand with your feet about shoulder width apart. Squat down slowly, and place the palms of your hands on the floor just outside your feet.

Now, thrust your legs behind you so youre in push-up position. Do a single push-up, pull your legs back in, and return to a standing position. Feel your power, feel it in your muscles. See yourself as you burn belly fast - You look and feel incredible.

Next, return to rope jumping for minutes 4-5. Only a single jump per rope turn will be fine for this portion of your workout. Focus your thinking on how great you look, and how much more energy you have.

For minutes 6-7, return to squats to push-ups. But this time, after completing the push-up, raise your left arm over your head and hold it for 5 seconds. Then pull in your legs and return to a standing position. Do the same for the next reputation, using your right arm. Repeat the process raising your legs for 5 seconds each.

For those of you who really want burn belly fast, try raising an arm and leg at the same time. Keep your thinking focused on how strong you are, how flat your stomach is, and how good you look in the mirror.

Minutes 9-10 are a return to our squats to push-ups with the raising of 1-2 limbs. This time however, after returning to a standing position, jog in place for 10 paces. Raise your knees to chest level, or as high as your fitness level allows. Repeat this process for the full two minutes while thinking about your spectacular body.

That is it, you are finished. Drink plenty of water, do some stretching and maybe add a walk. 5-15 minutes of cooling down is a very good idea.
