Buy an inexpensive workout ball. It should be of a type that can be blown up. This workout ball will be used for mainly three exercises. These three exercises will target three different sections of your abdomen muscles and a combined result will be seen in your abdomen.

The three parts of your abs that will be targeted are the rectus abdominus that is the part responsible for the six-pack look; the transverse abdominus which is located in the sides; and the oblique-external which is also located at the sides of your abdomen. By working upon these three parts you surely can reduce belly fat and get the kind of abs you always wanted.

1.Flex your legs and firmly sit on the ball; also keep shoulder width apart. Now, place you hands across the line of your chest and squeeze your abs in crunch position. Squeeze your abs real hard without and hesitations. Repeat this exercise for about twenty five times and you will start feel the fat burning in your abdominal area. Commit yourself to make three sets of this exercise with twenty five crunches in each set.

2.The second exercise is to lie down on your back and hold the ball in between your ankles. Raise the ball towards the sky and make a crunch or squeeze your abs. Make another crunch by lowering your legs and by making the ball touch the ground. Repeat the exercise in the same patter as the first one.

3.Lie down on your back and keep the ball in between your knees. Similar to what you would have done while watching television by keeping your legs on your couch; the only difference this time is that the ball is your couch. Raise your chin towards your knees, keep your hands across your chest and squeeze your abs. Gently lower the chest while maintaining tight abs. Repeating this exercise along with the other two will ensure that you burn extra fat in your abdominal area.
